Thank you for shopping at FitMe Clothing. We strive to ensure that your shopping experience with us is as seamless as possible. Please review our returns policy below:

UK Customers: For orders over £100, we offer free returns. For orders under £100, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Overseas Customers: We regret to inform you that we do not offer free returns for overseas customers. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Duration: Our returns policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you, we will refund the gift giver.

Shipping: To return your product, please contact us and we will assist you with the process. Shipping times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location and public holidays.
